How to install
Installation in static water (deep well, pool, liquid irrigation, etc.)
To measure the fluid level in the open container, place the level transmitter vertically at the bottom and secure the cable and junction box to the opening. (Fig.1)
When the medium viscosity is large, such as a sewage tank, a casing or bracket can be added to ensure that the transmitter can be placed at the bottom of the container. (Fig.2)
When installed in the open air, try to place the transmitter junction box in a ventilated and dry place to avoid direct exposure to strong light and rain, resulting in high temperature or water damage, and then damage the internal circuit board. (Fig.3)
The installation of moving water (rivers, streams, lakes, etc.)
When measuring the water level in flowing water, the medium fluctuates greatly, so you can insert a 50-centimeter steel pipe into the waterway. In the opposite direction of the water flow, the steel tube opens several small holes at different heights, allowing the water to flow into the tube. Repair the cable and junction box at the exit of the pipe. (Fig.4)
In the waterway medium, fluctuations and sediment are large, but with the addition of a damping device method to filter sediment and eliminate the adverse effects of dynamic pressure and waves, the accuracy of measurement can be ensured. (Fig.5)
Note: Please let us know in advance when the product is installed in a lightning area. It is recommended to install lightning protection devices on site and ensure the product and power supply are grounded, which can reduce the risk of damage to the transmitter from lightning.
